Best credit cards for MIA

Anyone have a good recommendations for travel credit cards out of MIA? I know we're an American Airlines hub so looking into their cards but delta also flies out the second most.

Looking to pay $100 yearly max and bonus if it has good signups rn :) also don't care about lounge access
