best condo building?

i’ve lived in miami for years now and tried several buildings and always ended up breaking my lease early due to problems. what in your opinion is the best condo building? i’m talking about one that doesn’t have construction, loud people or smells like weed, constant cops or fire trucks there, and barley any problems. Thanks!!
