are there restrictions to hanging out outside of the fpl solar amphitheater during a concert?

if theres an event/concert happening at the fpl solar amphitheater, are you allowed to hang out around the park? like are there any restrictions, is the whole area basically closed off for the event and there’s no where to even hang out? i don’t have tickets to the event i wanna see but i was thinking about going to hang by the area just to hear one song and then leave
