Are there any risks to selling a junk car to a random junkyard

As in, one that doesn't have a registered business name and/or isn't there on Google easy to find?

Assuming one fills out the title and bill/notice of sale properly, any risks with selling to random junk car buyers?

For context, the reputable ones I've called all offer $500 or less, but this one is okay for $900

When I asked him about his company info in case I hear of others who want to sell their junk car, he replied "you can just pass my number along"
