Are there any nice apartments at or below $2k per month for a studio or one bedroom? (That also have garages and/or EV charging)

But most of them are above $2k per month or have issues in the reviews. I'd say the best one I've found so far is Atlantico Royal Palm but it's $2180 per month. Plus I need a garage and the prices of those vary.

Anyone know of any apartments that meet my criteria? I don't need to be in WPB so anywhere 30 miles north or 20 miles south would be fine. Am I just gonna have to increase my rent budget to live in the area?
