Are people good drivers around downtown WPB?

Automobile drivers in downtown West Palm Beach appear to be driving more aggressively, faster, and with less regard for other road users and pedestrians, kids, dog walkers, bikes, etc. It is terrifying sometimes trying to even walk 2 miles down Flagler or Olive. I know Fort Laud and Miami are way worse when it comes to this, but in general it’s to the point to where it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. The lack of police doing a thing to combat lawless driving. This sh*t does matter this is a local problem that can be taken care of so easily. The lack of courtesy is unbearable. Don’t go and tell me to leave I live here permanently.
