Apartments in Doral?

Anyone know of any good and modern places to rent in Doral? I'm helping a friend move. It needs to have an in-unit washer and dryer, gym, and pool. Looking to spend about 3K for a 2B/2BR. They can go a little over, but not by much. I just need some real recommendations bc the reviews for these complexes seem to be fraudulent.
