Apartment buildings without terrible reviews?

I am moving to Miami in October and looking at apartments in Midtown and Edgewater to be close to work. Some of the buildings seem really nice, but then when I check their google reviews people are complaining about things like rude management, dog urine in public areas, bugs and rodents, mold, broken elevators, etc. A lot of the 5 star reviews also look fake. Are there any good apartment buildings in those areas, or am I just being paranoid? Here is where I'm looking:

Edgewater: 2000 Biscayne, The Hamilton
Midtown: Gio Midtown, AMLI, Cortland, 2 Midtown
