Anyone know a good mobile scooter mechanic?

Looking to purchase my first moped/scooter and move on from the e scooter. I need someone to meet me in north beach and check out this scooter I’m planning on buying to make sure it is mechanically sound. $75 if you know you can diagnose problems on the scooter if they’re there and meet me in north beach to do so. Any help is greatly appreciated. I called every one listed on google but they all hung up on me because I couldn’t “speaky spany” - not even exaggerating that was the pronunciation and it made me laugh
