Anyone familiar with Boca Raton Travel & Tour Orientation? Not a timeshare pitch ?

Got a postcard in the mail inviting me to attend a Boca Raton Travel & Tour Orientation which offers a free cruise for attending.

It does not mention what it is for . It does state its not a time share or real estate solicitation.

What do you think the catch is?
