Any tips on making friends in Miami Beach?

Summer is right around the corner and for once I want to be a little more out and about compared to staying home on my phone all days so I was wondering if there’s any clubs or places 16+ could make friends and do fun activities and stuff, i’m so tired of having a boring summer.
