Any reliable credit repair companies in West Palm Beach?

I’ve been in West Palm Beach for a while now and my credit situation is embarrassing. Between some old student loan defaults and a few medical bills that hit collections, my score is in the gutter. I’ve tried disputing some of the items but nothing’s changing. I really want to work with a credit repair company but I don’t know what’s legit. Has anyone in West Palm Beach actually had success fixing their credit with one? I need to find a way out of this.
