Any recommendations for storage spaces in town?

I go back and forth from NY to see sick parents And I need a space to leave some of my things that are just to heavy and tiresome to bring back and forth. does anyone know of a place that is clean and easily accessible? Bonus if it’s reasonably priced but I just need a small space. Thanks friends
