Any recent news on Churchill’s Pub?

Hey guys,

I remember hearing about the owners selling the land for potential redevelopment and the double decker bus being scrapped. I honestly was hoping it would have reopened back in 2022 but now 3 years later I think we have to come to terms that it will likely become another residential lot.
