Any parking north end of palm beach island to get to Jetty

Looking to fish the rocks on the south side of the jetties. I’ve seen plenty of people out there fishing in the past but have no clue where they park to get there. I know I’ll get a ticket pretty fast if I try and park. Am I missing something obvious here or are those people just getting dropped off from a buddy
