Any daytime drinking spots hiring?

About a year ago i left my decent bartending job for a job with better hours that makes me miserable so that i would have time to spend with my family after work. I was wondering if anyone has an ideas for brunch or lunch spots that might be hiring bartenders. I’m much better at customer facing positions than what i do now, I’d just really like a spot where I’m not working into the wee hours of the morning
