Anniversary visit

Wife and I are visiting Pampano Beach for our 10th anniversary. Any recommendations on things to do? I know it’ll be hot and humid as heck (August) but we’re finding it difficult to google and plan anything coherent.

Restaurants? (Bonus if it’s dinner+show), indoor cool mini golf places? Hot air balloon rides? Whatever the thing is called where they pull you behind a boat with a parachute that we can do as a couple?

Any recommendations are appreciated. Idk if we’re going to have to drive down to Ft Lauderdale or Miami for any of this but I guess we’d be willing to.
