AMA - Got diagnosed with cancer 7 weeks ago

One Monday afternoon I thought I was having a stroke and went to the emergency department. I was perfectly healthy before then. Got told I have stage 4 lung and brain cancer that metastasised toy lymph nodes . Oncologist told us I have 2 to 4 weeks. The same week I lost my 5 year job due to a restructure in the public health system. We are in New Zealand. Ask me anything.
