10 Live Local projects have been filed in Miami Beach, including the controversial Clevelander proposal. Supporters of the bill have hailed the act as a win for affordability, walk-able development, etc but activists are calling it a destruction of neighborhood character, a harm on local infrastructure, and other reasons.
