3 huskies spotted on SW 18th (near FIU)

about 20 minutes ago I saw 3 huskies running down SW 18th with no owner in sight. one of the dogs had a collar on, another one had a blue(?) neck pillow around its neck. I followed them for a bit, but they ran into an apartment complex before I could pull over and try to read the collar

please pass this along to anyone who may have lost these dogs!
