Where's the best place to see sharks? And other wildlife

I am bringing my almost 3 year old daughter to Ft Lauderdale in a few days and we've just talked about all the sharks and dolphins and alligators etc etc etc that we were going to see in Florida. It doesn't have to be in the wild obviously, but any help on where to see the most animals would be great. Not a zoo though please. Thank you!!!
