Hi All,
I (24F) moved to Fort Lauderdale this year. I'm looking to connect to the community via volunteer work, and hopefully meet a few likeminded individuals and make friends and find community along the way. Has anyone had any good experiences with volunteer organizations here? In the past, I've done work with STEM outreach, political activism - women's and LGBTQ+ rights, and environmental impact, but I am open to more. I've always wanted to help out with animals or local arts, such as theaters, as well. An org that has a similar age demographic to myself (20s) would be a HUGE plus. Thank you all!
