Victoria Park vs. Rio Vista

For context I’m from Fort Lauderdale but have lived in a big city for the last 9 years. I LOVE my current situation- most specifically the walkability to nearby restaurants, toddler activities, smoothie shops, Pilates studios, etc. We have been searching for a home back in Fort Lauderdale so we can be close to family and friends, have more square footage, etc. We are really stuck between Victoria Park and Rio Vista. I know there are pros and cons to both, especially when considering quality of life with multiple young kids. Please share your thoughts!!
