Trustworthy used car dealership

Moving to the area from the Fort Walton side of Florida. I’m in need of a new truck and was looking at buying from Marciano Auto Inc in Pompano. Looking for recommendations/ warnings on certain dealers in the area.

Also if anyone knows of a decent mechanic to do a pre purchase inspection I’d appreciate it!
