Traveling to FL from MI next week

Myself (33F), husband (34M) and our two other couple friends 33 and 34 will be traveling to Fort Lauderdale next week from Michigan. We will be staying 4 days at an airbnb around the sunrise key area. Hubby and I have been to Florida once but never really got to explore. We have looked at the forecast and it looks like 50% chance of rain next week. We definitely have the Everglades boat ride on our list but wasn’t sure what else is there to do. Obviously if it doesn’t rain, we’d be at the beach sightseeing etc but if it rains, what is there to do? Also, where is a good nightlife spot for mid 30yos? We’re mostly introverts but would like to check out the nightlife. 😂
