Toddler friendly activities?

Hi everyone! I have a 18 month old and I’m wondering if anyone knows of a resource for free or low-cost activities for toddlers in our area. It would be nice if there was some sort of newsletter that we could sign up for that would show us activities happening every week, or something like that. Or are there places/organizations that you take your kid to a lot during the day? Thanks in advance!
