Things to do that arent drinking or partying for 20s-30s

My friends and I arent into parties or drinking, def not clubbing. What other activies can we do?

So far: beach, water activies (taxi, everglades, paddle boat, jet ski), gun shooting? Any other reccs to do while here?

we like scenic areas, next month is it good time to go to the springs? Which one is best?
