Things to do alone as a woman in her 20s

Hey all, I’m trying to get used to doing things by myself (yay social anxiety!) and I wanted to know what y’all’s recommendations are? I want to explore more of the area since I’m on summer break right now and don’t have the time when law school starts back up.

I’m into thrifting, the beach, walking trails (only if there’s no creatures lol), museums and galleries, but I’m open to trying new things and seeing what Ft. Laudy has to offer! I also have a lab so I’m open to dog friendly spots too!

Would also like to know how people find out about events taking place - where do you see what’s coming up? Thank you!!!
