So...I'm in Las Vegas and heading to Fort Lauderdale the end of the month. After extensive apartment shopping I decided on The Manor in Flagler Village. There were only two apartments with the floor plan I wanted...Two bedroom with separate den. One was on the second floor overlooking the dog park which I can smell from here in Vegas and the other was on the top floor overlooking the pool. Obvious choice, right? Only thing is the top floor (7th) doesn't have the wrap around balcony I wanted so badly. Yeah, it's got tons of light with 10 foot ceilings. The place seems ideally located with bars, restaurants a short walk away. Renting a place sight unseen is risky I know but the layout and square footage were what I was looking for. I lived in FTL for a year in 2023 and that apartment was comically small. Keeping my fingers crossed I made the right decision. A friend who used to live there loved the building. Anyone on this sub have experience with the property? I know it's too late now to make a change but I'm curious.
