the Camden apartments in Las Olas

So I’m considering moving in the Camden apartments in Las Olas and I heard about the things happening in the building so would like the thoughts of those currently living there or who have lived there. Is there potential for things to get better? I really like it because it’s affordable and the building itself is nice but I would like second thoughts.
