Tequila Fest at Wharf

Hi, does anyone know more information on this tequila fest at the Wharf on Friday. It’s free admission and starts at 4:00pm. Eventbrite doesn’t say anything else. 1st question - What time does it go until? (I work and sure most people do as well so arrival won’t be until after 5:00pm). 2nd question- Are drinks and tasters charged since admission is free? Any insight would be great! Thank you!
