Spa or Spa/hotel

My sister and I are going on a cruise and our flight gets in early the day before and leaves late when we arrive. We are looking for an awesome day spa or hotel spa to spend the day. Herrum Hammam caught my eye. Has anyone been there. Does anyone have any recommendations on a hotel/spa that offers sauna/cold plunge closer to the beach where we could get a day pass. TIA
