So where are all the top tier matcha spots?

I came back to Miami after living in Denver, CO for 4 years. I am in the midst of moving to SoCal and the biggest things I miss are quality matcha and Vietnamese food.

I have tried a couple spots that apparently have "amazing matcha" only to see this sad light green liquid that they call their top tier matcha. I haven't looked for Banh Mi anywhere but would love recommendations for a great grilled pork banh mi, a sesame ball, dope Vietnamese coffee and a delicious Strawberry Matcha.

I'm in the Kendall area, but I'm willing to drive.
