Hey everyone!
I’m organizing a textile upcycling initiative to repurpose donated sheets and linens into reusable tote bags for schools, shelters, and families in need across South Florida.
The mission is to reduce textile waste while giving back to the community in a creative, hands-on way. I’m currently looking for: • Sewing groups or individuals who want to volunteer their skills • People who enjoy crafting or sewing and want to be part of a community-driven project • Anyone with sewing experience who’d be willing to help make tote bags (I’ll provide the materials!)
This is a great opportunity to give back, practice your sewing, and support sustainability at the same time. If you’re part of a church group, school club, or crafting circle, even better — let’s collaborate!
If you’re interested, DM me or comment below. I can drop off the sheets and would love to chat more about the mission.
Thank you so much in advance!
