Seeking Painting contractor/ handiman for small job - but on the third floor exterior.

I replaced the windows and the contractor removed the exterior hurricane shutter, but did not patch and repaint. My HOA is on my back to get it fixed. This is the type of job that can be done at the end of the day if another project finishes up early. It’s not a full day job. I’ve gotten outrageous estimates from contractors who clearly don’t want to do the job.
