My best friend is looking for a roommate for his 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in the Las Olas area starting early June through the end of November. **Short term**

Above Whole Foods in Las Olas
• 3–5 mins from downtown Las Olas
• Minutes from the beach
• Great walkable area with restaurants, coffee shops, gym, nightlife, etc.

🛏️ Apartment Details:
• Private bedroom + bathroom
• Water included
• Electric + internet split separately
• Price is negotiable for the right roommate
(He is open to lowering price - just need to find the right person to fill the room)

Looking for someone clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing.

Can also do FaceTime/video tour if needed.
