Romantic / birthday ideas

Hi, I'm searching for activities to do and restaurants for my boyfriend's birthday. It doesnt need to be romantic as long its fun or unique. He likes Guiness beer, eating (lol), cars, fishing, video games, dogs and collects cocacola items. I was looking into Atmos immersive dining experience but saw its permanently closed - is there anything else similar here? Up to 1h driving out of FLL, but the closer the better.
