Red light tickets

I’m here helping a relative from another State. I was just told yesterday by my irresponsible friend seeing after my place that I got a red ticket in August. In the pic it’s 3 of us and light looks yellow. The date to dispute was 10/26. Any leeway with that?

It says if not paid it turns into a uniform traffic ticket? Then what? I don’t know about any of this is, we don’t have these cameras where I’m from. Please advise TIA
