Recs for tailor in South FTL?

I bought a 13.5 by 9.5 patch that I want to put on the back of a jacket for a cosplayer gift.

Does anyone know any places/people they'd recommend? I'm asking here because I've done something similar and Google led me to a person whose work I wasn't happy with.
