Possibly moving to Delray -- any opinions on Axis Apts and/or Oasis Apts?

I am considering either Axis Delray Beach Apartments or Oasis Delray Beach Apartments.

Does anyone have strong opinions (negative or positive) about either of these? Not too sure which I like more.

I also slightly considering 10X Delray, but less so.

If you have lived at Axis, is the noise from I-95 noticeable?
