Pompano or Deerfield?

Which is better for a quick vacation, Pompano or Deerfield? Looking for a beachy vibe, not interested in nightclubs. Just looking to chill on the beach, maybe see a few new things, a little shopping, have a few piña colada’s, of course some seafood. 😊
