Please help!

I need to find an officer I have his name and badge number however I don’t know how to find him to commend him for treating me with dignity and saving my daughter’s life..this officer actually listened and I was heard for once and he got all the answers for me that I needed to help me. He’s Deputy Haab his badge number is 19406 How do I find him 😞 it’s very important..I just had my second daughter on December 28th and he helped me get in touch with the hospital that was ignoring me and that was Florida HCA Northwest hospital in Margate.
