Parking Advice at Flagler Village

Greetings! I am in the process of signing a lease at Eon Squared, and would really appreciate your input on the following:

1. If you've lived at Eon, please share your tips, insights, warnings, stories, etc. They would be greatly appreciated!

2. We have 2 cars, parking for the first will be $50/month and $150/month for the second, which is a bit steep. I'd have the option to do street parking for the second car through a city permit for $75/year, I think using any of the PayByPhone spots around the building. My main question is, would you do this? I don't mind walking a block or two if I can't find parking right in front, but I would definitely mind the risk of break-ins.
