Opal Grande Vs Seagate vs The Ray

Wife and I are spending a couple nights in Delray Beach later this month . Not really familiar with the area. All three hotels looks great but not sure what the best location is in terms of restaurants, shopping, etc. Opal Grand obviously has the beach right there but is it far from everything else we might want to do? We'll have a car but prefer not to have to drive everywhere if we can avoid it. What would make you choose one over the others?
