Newly graduated working in Las Olas.. best place to live?

Hi all, Looking for somewhere in Fort Lauderdale near Las Olas where I’ll be working.

Not a priority, but if anyone knows any communities that have a lot of young working professionals that won’t break the bank that’d be nice.

A neighborhood I’m looking at is Coral Springs. Maybe not so new grad but looks like a good neighborhood with not too terrible rent.

Looking to do max $3k but under is certainly welcome.
