Need suggestions for places in Ft. Lauderdale

I’m going to be in Fort Lauderdale in August with my boyfriend, I live more South so I don’t really know much about Fort Lauderdale. Would really appreciate suggestions for breakfast/dinner spots, bars, water and non-water related (i.e: mini golf, bowling) activities. Thanks!
