Need help with my birthday trip

Hi guys me(19f) and my girlfriend(20f) are going to fort lauderdale for a combination of my 20th birthday and our 1 year anniversary. I was looking for recommendations for things to do in the area. We like going out, sporty activities, the beach, and clubbing. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks :)
