Moving to area soon - apartment recs?

Hi everyone - I'm moving to Delray in a few months and would love apartment recommendations. In an ideal world would love to stay around $3k for a 2 bed, modern and new ish build with pool and gym. Would love to be close to Atlantic but ideally in a safe area. Have been looking at Windsor, Worthing Place, Savio, and Aura so far but let me know if there's any places I should for sure check out or any to avoid for safety and just overall not good ratings.
