McDonald’s at US1/17th Street

I’ve always wondered about the old school looking McDonalds neon sign they have. Anyone know the scoop! It’s clearly been there forever but is obviously different than their current branding. We’ve been asking a lot of the locals we know but no one seems to know the history.
