Lost Passport

I will take any help. My mom lost her passport while taking a cab from the airport. Does anyone know the numbers of the top cabs companies? Is there anyway to reach the airport? She doesn’t know the cab company, she was directed to it. She thinks it’s called “deluxe cab”. The guy would only take cash. It was on the 4th around 6 pm.
